 Annual Quality of Care Review. Adolygiad Ansawdd Gofal Blynyddol

Please find attached our Annual Quality of Care Review. Please can  
all forms be returned by Friday 29th September. All data collected

will be collated and this will be made available to you week commencing

9/10/17. This is for CSSIW purposes as well as ourselves, so would

urge all parents to complete this.
Macmillan Coffee morning. Bore Coffi Macmillan We will be holding a  
Macmillan Coffee morning on Friday 29th September. This will be a fun

day and every child will be decorating their own cake. Please can

you donate £2 for this very worthy cause.
25th Anniversary. 25 Mlwyddiant                                                                                  
We are celebrating our 25th Anniversary and therefore we are holding  
a party for ALL children. This will take place on Monday 2nd October,

2:00pm-4:00pm. Please can you confirm your child’s attendance for

catering purposes. Vicki the puppeteer will be visiting to entertain us.

Please can all children attend in fancy dress.

Government Funded children. Plant a ariennir gan y Llywodraeth                          

Please can all government funded children return their “All about Me” forms asap, this is a Government stipulation therefore every funded child MUST have one.

Bath Shopping Trip. Taith Siopa Bath                                                                      
A Christamas shopping trip has been organised for Saturday 4th November.  
The bus will leave the nursery at 9:00am and will leave Bath at 5:00pm.

The cost is £10=50 per seat. If you wish to join us please complete the

form below and return with correct money. This is a fundraising

initiative and the monies paid are non-refundable.
The Christmas Fete. Fete Nadolig                                                                                
The Christmas Fete will take place on Saturday 11th November.  
11:00am-1:00pm. Father Christmas will be visiting and children

can visit him at a cost of £5=50 per child. This will include a

gift, reindeer food and a return letter. More details will soon follow.
Suggestions. AwgrymiadauWe are always happy to receive  
suggestions/ideas from parents/carers. Suggestion forms are available

from the Parent’s Notice Board
